At Strich Digital, we strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our digital marketing and web development services. Because of the nature of our work, which involves significant time, strategy, and labor, our refund policy varies depending on the service provided.
For web design and development projects, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. If you decide to cancel the project before development has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus the initial consultation and planning fees. Once development and coding have commenced, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing campaigns are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. We do not offer refunds for marketing services already rendered, as the labor, ad spend, and strategic implementation have already been delivered.
Any funds allocated for advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or paid to third-party software providers, domain registrars, or hosting services on your behalf are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
We work closely with our clients during the design and strategy phases to ensure your vision is met. While we do not offer refunds for completed work, we provide a structured revision process (as outlined in your contract) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
